Yes its not all about running. Today it was a leisure hike with good food and great company. Thanks for the hike everybody.

Kl master relay 2015

Team HRC represent at the kl master relay. My final race for year 2015 before a long break. We managed to come in 2nd. Our team did not just comprise the 4 of us runners but we also had a great support team. That was the major difference.

Relays are very stressful yet fun at the same time. Can't wait for the next one.

Our playground is closed. MPSJ is closed for about half a year. And so, we are now homeless children. Looking for a track to adopt. 

I've been on off season. Which now means, off season even more nyehehe.
